Sounds like you have a healthy heart, and the medical advice is just get on with you life. Sounds good, no great, to me.
I have permanent AFib, and while it does cause some limitation, I am just living with it, going on with my life...albeit I have already lived most of my life. Still, a young person has even more reason to take the good news to "heart" and get on with life. Many people have various short-term palpitation, and some take medications. Sounds like you can get by without taking medications. I'd consider that a plus.
