Palpitations

i have been getting palpitations and a tightness feeling in the chest area and feeling tired and down of late do you think its something serious?

I would cut out all stimulants for a while to see if that is what is causing your palpitations. I would also go get checked out to see what is going on. There are many causes of palpitations and i am still trying to figure out why i get them. I have been getting them now for 3 years and i can even remember when i was a teenager getting them from time to time but now they seem to have been getting worse. So go get checked out tell the doctor exactly what you are feeling and go from there. Hope you get some awnsers. Good luck!
