Palpitations

Hi, i have palpitations that come and go had a 24hr ECG done, it comes when at rest as well as when im doing work. i get it with chest pain at times not really radiating to anywhere so i doubt its a myocardial infarction or angina could it be a PSVT (Paroxismal Supra-Ventricular Tachycardia)? Been to a Cardio and they said na there's nothing wrong? Any Suggestions??

Hi, I have PSVT.  And one way of knowing if you have this is, is if your heart rate suddenly shots up to over 200 beats a minute and lasts from 5 mimutes to 20 hours. As for the palpitations I have them with the PSVT, they come and go, and can be a real pain in my butt sometimes, but I have learned to live with them.  But to be on the safe side, if you have only seen one doctor and you are not comfortable with the answer you were given, then seek a second opinion.
