Panic attack during exercising

Can a panic attack during exercising be dangerous to an otherwise healthy person?

I am 32 year old female, no family history, had few panic attakcs in the past, they vanished when I realized that it was just anxiety and now my fear is "what happens if I get one during exercising such as running"

I think if your excercising your using up the adrenaline that might fuel a panic attack. My family Dr. said before they had BB's or anti anxiety meds they would tell people to go for a brisk walk to use up the adrenaline. Good advice for a healthy person, but it probably lead to some mal practice law suits.

My panic attacks ease up when I walk them off.  If I have one while in a car, they last for over an hour.  If I start to get one and I get up and walk around, they usually subside very quickly.  It is adrenaline that fuels panic attacks and so getting rid of the adrenaline  is the best thing you can do.  Good luck to you.
