Please advise: Constant Cold Hand Legs and Feet

I am 34 year old male.  I have posted that I am having trouble with some type of headache problem (told it is NPDH) for 9 months.  I feel foggy head and fatigue every day.  However, for the last couple weeks I have had really cold hands, legs and feet.  I had two ablations for svt, have pvcs, and am treated with lisinopril (10mg) and atenolol (25mg only).  I feel weak and lightheaded but no more or less if I am up doing physical tasks (carrying laundry up and down stairs) or just sitting there.  My pvcs have been more frequent lately, mostly after eating.  What is the likelyhood that this could be a heart problem?  I have had some constipation lately too.  Is this a circulation issue?  Medication problem?  Any ideas?  I am awaiting some tests for Lyme disease as well, but nothing back yet.  Even typing this out my hands feel fatigued and cold.  What could this be?

Thanks for replying.  To answer your question, not really.  I guess my feet were slightly cold when I started the beta blocker...but not this terrible fatigue and awful lightheadedness I am having.  I am also on topamax for the daily headache (what the headache doc at UPMC is calling the foggy head/headache), which I suspect could be contributing to this fatigue, etc....    I just wish I could get a diagnosis...like I wrote above, I am awaiting some more Lyme test results.  I looked up Raynaud's and my hands and feet do not change color or anything like that.   I do have a few varicose veins, this runs in the family.   The scary thing is waking up every day hoping to feel better and not.  I keep praying though...

You could have Raynaud's phenomenon however I think it's more likely that these are due to the beta blocker as cold extremeties is a listed symptom as is fatigue and lightheadedness. Did all of these symptoms start at the same time you started the beta blocker?

Well you are on a small dose of a beta blocker, but when I went on Coreg, it was the first time in my life that I ever had cold feet.  Now I sometimes have to wear socks to bed even if it's not winter.  Pvc's are normal, and the constipation could very well be related to diet.
