Please help! Long QT syndrome!

Hi, I'm a 21 year old female and have recently seen a cardiologist for a rapid irregular heartbeat and dizziness during exercise and emotional stress this has been happening since I was 16 but has only had 5 times, the cardiologist took an ecg and the he told me all was absolutely fine but a QT interval of 508ms, he did make me wear a holter moniter after this but he did not tell me the results, does this mean it was ok? he didn't seem concerned and told me to come back in 1 year. I was so frightened I went to my own doctor who did not seem to know much about the condition but he referred me to another cardiologist anyways but that appointment is not until 2 months! I'm so scared in have a cardiac arrest in the meantime! I live on my own so it's even worse. I have my self a panic attack thinking about it and I freaked out because I thought my heart would go in that weird rhythm because I felt a really big thud in my chest. Any advice would be great! Thank you.

I would get them to send the copy to your primary care doctor then speak with  your primary care doctor.  At some point you have to deal with it directly.

Why not try calling the cardiologist who ran the original tests and ask for more info?
