Please help my mom

Hi,

My mom has been having problems with her health for almost 2 years now. She's gone to 18 different doctors and all of them had told her that she's fine and that she just has depression, anxiety, etc. Although all of her test results came back normal, I hope someone can give her an answer and diagnosis. She's 50 years old and has been complaining about her stiff neck, high heart rate, unexplained weight gain, low potassium level, fatigue, and sometimes joint pain. She was once diagnosed with high blood pressure and does have a family history of one. However, these symptoms keep coming back regardless her taking the medication. Also, her chest X-ray came back normal as well.
She's tried anything from acupuncture, massage, etc, and I'm hoping someone can give us an answer as to what's been bothering her. Thank you.

I am not sure what to tell you about that one. If she has seen 18 doctors and they all agree, they may be right.  Since this is a heart rhythm forum, I am not sure how to connect all those symptoms to the heart.  It is like the heart rate issues are a result of the underlying problem rather than the cause of the problem.
