Please read this worry is.absolutely consuming me

I am 30 yr female. I have a baby girl that is 14 months old. I breast fed until her first birthday in october, but took awhile to dry up. Since i was about 23 or 24 i have had pvcs or pacs. Had several ekgs back then and thats all it showed. A few weeks ago while sitting playing a game on my tablet i felt my heart beating funny. No other symptoms. I took my pulse and it was fast then slow over and over again. Not really fast and not really slow though. Id say it would go from 70s to 90s back and forth. rhythmically. my husband is a nurse and he listened and heard it. It would be like five slower beats, then six fast, five slower, six fast. Over and over again. Woke up next day it was gone. Happened again a couple weeks later same thing so i went to my GP who said he thinks itz benign. But.ordered an echocardiogram (have a murmur) and 24 holter monitor. I got the results yesterday...echo completely normal. Holter monitor also good except occasional PACs, no PVCs. But of course i felt good thr day the monitor was on. Now basically every day since its been off my heart feels like its beating weird...lots of akips esp when i bend over or lay on my side or after eating. I think it has also done that speed up slow down again...but still knock on wood no other symptoms. I have really bad anxiety and cant be sure.if i am just overly sensitive to what i am feeling. I am constantly checking my pulse. I am not even enjoying the holidays with my daughter cause i keep thinking i am gonna drop dead and she will grow up without me. I google things and i know its stupid but i do. Now i am scared i am having runs of nsvt...but as i said the rate doesnt really get that high it just speeds up slows down but usually all within normal limits. Can NSVT runs happen like that...over and over again every few beats? Im going to see my dr next week to follow up and get a longer monitor hopefully. But just looking for some peace of mind until then.

Glad it was only anxiety and not anything to do with your heart.  The "technically suboptimal" refers to an assessment of how well the echo was able to accurately measure dimensions and blood velocity and not anything to do with your heart.

Okay i followed up with my dr today. Echo showed ejection fraction of 60 percent. Psyiologic tricuspid regurgitation. Focal mitral thickening. Otherwise normal. 24 holter said sinus rhythm. Average heart rate 86...low 58...high 140. Rare PACs no PVCs. My dr didnt want to order a longer monitor says its not needed and its normal and appears to be my anxiety rearing its ugly head. Oh the echo also said technically suboptimal...if its normal why suboptimal?

You shouldn't worry about SCD from PACs.  That is not going to happen unless you have VT and from your description, you don't have VT or even PVCs.  Also, even if you have AF (PACs progresses towards AF over time) and you don't according to 24 hr holter, it would not stop your heart from pumping.  I suggest asking for an event monitor that you can wear over a couple of weeks to capture a more complete diagnosis of what is happening with your heart's conduction  Enjoy your holidays and best wishes for getting a handle on your heart rhythm issues in the new year.

Thank you very much. In the past on ekgs i have haf some showed pvcs some showed pacs. But thr holter showed pacs no pvcs. Im just scared i didnt have any episodes while it was on and the runs of fast could be nsvt...but i cant find any information on whether nsvt can happen every few beats as i described. I see.people have episodes here and there and have caught one run on a monitor, some people have several a day...but if i had the monitor on while i felt this and if it were nsvt, i would have had runs all over the place...like a run of six, then five normal beats, another run, then normal...repetitive. just cant find any info on anyone saying they can happen that frequently.
