Presyncope?

For the past couple months I've felt like I was going to pass out not consistently but enough to really start to worry me.  I went into the Urgent care about 2 months ago for this very reason and they did several tests including chest xray, EKG, cardiac enzyme, and a few others blood tests and every thing came back normal.  I'm really worried that something was missed because I shouldn't be feeling this way.  My physician and the urgent care physicians said it's anxiety but these symptoms are way too realistic for me to be convinced.  I usually start sweating and a warm feeling comes over me and I feel like everything is fading out but I never actually faint.  What could possibly cause these symptoms besides anxiety or is it anxiety really that complicated?  According to my docs my heart is fine I've never had a CT or MRI on my brain so could there possibly be a neurological problem?

Does your bp run low? Also does the presyncope happen more when you are standing. If so you may have orthostatic intolerance or another autonomic dysfunction.
When you have presyncope try checking your bp maybe.

Typically my blood pressure is about normal or pre-hypertensive.

Do you feel anything happen with your heart before the fealing?
For me, when I had presynocpe (twice now), I felt my heart beat odd first, and then down I went, although I didnt go all the way out.
Do you feel more of a lightheadedness?
Presyncope for me, was soooooo fast I had no time to react or asscess the situation, and I was relaxed and totally fine prior to it.

Have you worn a 24 hour heart monitor to see if your hearts showing any abnormalities during these episodes?
