Pvcs driving me crazy

Hey all! So I was born with sinus atrial tachycardia I have developed slight mitral valve prolapse, I haven't been to the heart doc in two years but my last check up everything was fine. I had a regular check up with an ER doc (I have to go to a free clinic) and that said everything was fine blood work was fine. I'm making an appointment Monday to see the heart doc there who is actually very good. Anyway I've been having pvcs daily for a little over a week now I'm 25 in pretty healthy condition I'm 5'8 and weight 115 I'm decently active and I eat pretty healthy for the most part. I have Generalized anxiety disorder which means I have severe anxiety I also have some bad congestion in my chest I can't seem to get rid of I think both of these things are contributing to my pvcs. But they have become terrifying sometimes they are just one after another for like 6 beats in a row and very heavy I feel like I might just fall over at any moment, I get bad pains in my arm and chest. I take xanax for my Anxiety but it does nothing for my pvcs at all, I've tried changing my diet even more and nothing seems to work I'm only 25! I don't understand what's going on or why but it's terrifying and I literally just feel like I'm dying every moment it happens. Please can anyone send any relief? Is there anything I can do to make them better I also have really bad GERD which I know can mess it up but my acid reflux has been decent lately. Please someone help and reassure this worried woman lol
