I’m really worried I get skips and flutter while doing stationary lifts and pushups and especially while running some days I’ll get them during exercise but some days I don’t My heart feels weak even though it’s not. I’ve had 2 echos 3 monitors one being a 30 day event monitor. I used to be a star football but I’m scared to play again I do have more pacs than pvcs. They happen right after I do a set of lifting. And I first noticed them while running. Also I’ve had so many ekgs to count so why am I getting them during exercise are they a pvc or pac while exertion. I get them positional too like bending down laughing breathing in triggers them please help is it adrenaline. And btw I’m a fit male 16 6”0 185.
