1. How long have you had PVCs?

Since 15mins after my first Pfizer covid vax in April 2021.  Bad since December 2021.  Doctors just ignore it.

2. On average, how many per day?

40,000+

3. Do you have episodes where you have absolutely no PVCs at all?

Hardly anymore.  Have them all day every day and night.

4. What is your list of food/beverage triggers?

Haven't been able to find any but big meals, salty meals, or high carb meals make me feel like garbage.

5. What is your list of non-edible triggers?
Stress from doctors not doing anything about it certainly doesn't help.

6. Do you have GERD, and if so, do you think it aggravates your PVCs?
Unknown but lots of belching.  Especially after being put on Amiodarone.

7. Do you have or have you ever had any structural heart problems or heart disease?

No.  Cardiac echo, blood tests, stress tests all good.  Currently waiting for a cardiac MRI appointment that is almost 2 years from now.  (Ontario/Canadian health care sucks)

9. Do your PVCs disappear with exercise, become worse with exercise or are they about the same no matter what you're doing?

No relief but seem to be worse in evenings and at night.

10. Have you ever exeprienced bigeminy, trigeminy, couplets, triplets, NSVT or VT?

Tri and quadgeminy all the time.  Kardia mobile 6L is a great way to see and log.  Starting to have bouts of afib.

11. Do you have a pacemaker or ICD?

No.  Hopefully won't need one since it will put me out of work and destroy my job.

12. Do you (or have you ever) taken medication to help control your PVCs? If so, did it help, make them worse or cause no change?

Metorpolol (beta blocker) - nearly killed me.  BP down to 60/40 and heart rate 30bpm with even a tiny dose.
Amlodipine / Perindopril - ineffective and RAISED blood pressure.
Diltiazem - no help for PVCs or bp.
Amiodarone - on it for 3 weeks now.  No difference.  PVCs getting worse but can't link it to any drug.

13. Do you have a non-cardiac condition that causes or irritates your PVCs (thyroid, hormone problems)?

Body is killing my thyroid gland which makes me really tired and impossible to lose weight.  BMI is over 40.  Sleep apnea treated with CPAP.

14. What have you found that HELPS your PVCs (symptoms/anxiety)? This can be meditation, vitamin supplements, anxiety medication, exercise - anything that helps you deal.

Nothing helps the PVCs yet.  Trying to get as much sleep as possible but pounding PVCs preventing really good sleep.  Quality of like sucks right now.  Extreme fatigue and weakness all the time.  Supportive family really keeps anxiety in check!  Hoping to find help just like you are.  Because more than 12,000 people died in Canada WAITING for medical help last year.  And doctors here don't care until you are on your death bed.
Tonight's experiment: Gatoraide.

The last Holter Monitor I had recorded 10,000, but they have gotten a lot worse in the last few months.

14. What have you found that HELPS your PVCs (symptoms/anxiety)? This can be meditation, vitamin supplements, anxiety medication, exercise - anything that helps you deal.
No I have not.  I was supposed to have an ablation on March 7, but he got in and found that they originate from the left ventricle and decided not to touch it as this time.  Last Tuesday I had a TTT which did showed that bigeminy runs and couplets account for my symptoms of lightheadedness, weakness, palpitations, etc.  Yes, I went into ventricular bigeminy with multiple couplets following the first infusion of Isuprel during the TTT.  I will meet with my EP in early April to discuss the next step.
