Question....regarding PACs or PVCs

Hello again...
I was wondering if the continues appear of PACs and PVCs can cause "enllargement heart structure"? Please, if anyone knows if PACs can cause any strucrural changes on otherwise normal heart?

Please don't consider my input as authoritative or final, you may want to discuss with your doctor on your next regular visit.

I do not believe PAC or PVC will cause heart enlargement. The only causes I am aware of are high blood pressure and valve leakage, and in the latter case it causes the atrial chamber to stretch - which on the left side (the mitral valve) can cause atrial fibrillation and flutter.
