RBBB questions

I had a few questions.  I go to my dr's on nov 17.  I acquired a copy of my echo test that i had done last month, which is one of the reasons for me going to the dr this month.  The echo shows that I have a RBBB.  EF is 59% and most of the other values were either normally, or slights abnormal but within margins.  What I am wondering, is..... RBBB is common...I am 24 years old, and been expreiencing episodes of presyncope (multiple times a day) lightheadness, dizziness, increasing fatigue, episodes of SOB, and periods of chest pains.  I have been a smoker for apporx 5 yrs as well.  So should I be worried? RBBB usually present no symptons but yet I live with these symptons, and its gettign annoying.  What questions should I ask my doctor.  Also the cardiologist that read the echo stated in his impression statement that other then having RBBB with ? late contractility, he said clinical correlation advised.....what does that mean?  Thanks and hope to hear from someone soon

Do you have periods of dizziness when you are at rest, or do you have to get up quickly, say, from a sitting position?  Do you have any rhythm irregularity?  You didn't mention any, but that may go with the RBBB.

The question I'd ask is what needs to be done?  Medication, pacemaker, what?

Thanx for the reply.  Yes I do have irregular pulse, and can even feel beats skip.  AS for the dizziness, it can be when i get up, sitting on the couch, or laying in bed i can feel my head spin.  These are part of the reason the ER doc sent me for a holter and echo, as she was suspecting mitral vavle regurgitation (which echo showed i was good).
