RECENT AVERSAGE bp IS LOWER AND NAUSEA AND BRAIN FOG

I has 8 stents all restenosed in 2003 - 2005. In 2005 had a 6X CABG then had 6 more stents non-graft related thru 2007. since 2007 have had 2 caths and all is same with LOTS of collateral growth and all bypasses 100% open. i have not been restricted in anyway. I was on a true expedition in Antarctica to an island that had only had people on it 4 times in history 10 months post CABG.

BP until the nausea and fog/nausea issue was always average 135/85 with HR 75. About 10 months ago I started experiencing periods of lower BP around 112/70 many times  but average is now 127/75 past 10 weeks. Since the approx 10 point drop in average BP,  I have developed the severe nausea and brain fog 24/7. many test and no solutions ---  heart monitor for 4 weeks 2X's, echo with ejection 60, cath same as 3 years ago, no irregular rhythm, blood work all OK ---thyroid etc. cardiologist have said the nausea/fog is not cardiac.

My question is that on days that my BP goes back up to +130/80 I do not have the brain fog or the nausea. Is this all possibly lack of proper prefusion?  I know that the J-Curve study shows that serious CAD patients need to have BP of 128/80 median to stay above an increase foe cardiac events -- lower is not good. Also HR even at BP of 112/65 can be as low now as 48-55HR. My average HR 12 months ago was 75HR to av now of 65HR same average 10 point drop as BP. Could this new lower BP/HR be my problem? No one wants to discuss this option most say my low BP is great for me.

Have been to GI, Endo, Neuro, Nepro, GP, and they find no reason for the nausea and fog...many test all normal.

However a recent Endo suggestion of possibly an adrenal issue? We did one cortisol test last week----- my morning baseline cortisol was 11.1 and it approprately elevated with ACHT injection. So not sure we are onto anything with the adrenal possibility. Seems this is all within normal so I am told by both GP and Endo.

I have an expedition to Antarctica in January and will not be able to go and not carry my load if I am foggy and nauseated 24/7...plus the past 6 weeks I am unable to work or play much due to the nausea and fog 24/7 --- must fix the problem ASAP any suggestions?
