Radiating pain in neck and jaw
My pulse causes pain in my jaw and neck. I have a tingling feeling in the back of my neck and the muscles on my back tighten sometimes.

I do not have a total recall of signs of heart attack, but "jaw pain" seems to me to be one of them..  please don't take this as anything like a diagnosis...I do not even have experience with your brief description.

In any case, as no one has given some guidance I offer more information may lead to more inputs.

Jaw pain can be due to many things other than the heart, and the relationship with the heart beat, as I understand your post, my simply be due to the push of blood through the area.  That is the pain is not in any way caused by the heart that is just doing it's "job".
