Rapid Heart beat and Sudden Hard thump

Advice please......

I have a really hard heart rate and rapid. There are days that it makes dizzy and i have shortness of breathe. At times when I find it difficult to breathe in oxygen it beats really fast and then slows down when i breathe out. There are days that i have these chest pains and tightness when I try and breathe in and i actually struggle to get oxygen in all the way and it kinda makes me dizzy.. I constantly have to breathe in really deep and im tired all the time. Sometimes when it beats really fast it suddenly pauses and theres this hard deep thump and then it continues again.

What is your heart rate when it is beating fast?  Please measure it, and report back.

To me it seems you're describing a textbook example of anxiety and panic.

I don't know how well you are examined but you should see your physician to get some tests run and rule out certain conditions, but again, to me, it seems a description of anxiety couldn't be written more clearly.

The pause and hard thump you occationally feel during anxious times is a premature heartbeat; a completely benign condition. Anxiety is known to provoke those.
