Rapid heartbeat after briefly falling asleep?

In November I had an echo, came back normal, november and december i webt on 2 event monitors, just found pvcs, pacs, went to er, xray fine, blood fine, urinanalysus fine, ekg fine.

I am 26, white male in the US, at time of echo I was 285, I am now 265 aiming to get down to 185 by next summer. Sleep apnea test I had done came back negative although it fell off one night. REI was 3. Despite tests being good I am worried from the PVCs, palpitations, struggled with these since june. While I've learned to live with them, my big issue is the last couple days when I fall asleep, minutes later (literally 10-15 minutes >) after sleeping, I've been waking right back up to a racing heart feeling, although my pulse feels strong and steady mostly at a normal pace, but maybe heavy thumping I can feel, I recall looking at my wrist to see if I could see my pulse it felt weird how strong it was, and may have felt short of breath-ish for a aecond, but its weird lasts a few minutes only, i feel a rapid heartbeat not felt in pulse, and both times were past two nights, both things lasted only a few minutes, and both were a mere couple minutes after falling asleep waking me back up, also, im not waking up or experiencing this during the way, no other symptoms during the way, and im not waking up to it as the sleep progresses, maybe its happening and i dont know it? Idk but im scared and worried, does this sound like apnea? Heart failure? Afib? Something else?

If you was having heart failure then you would experience other pains such as:
Left side chest pain that radiates to the neck, jaw, shoulcer and left arm.
Do your hands get sweaty/clam my when this occurs?

Do you consume cafeen or smoke before you sleep. As there are many things which can increase the heartbeat.

Have you tried breathing exercises before you sleep to relax yourself.
There's a possibility of artial fiboration. But that can only be ruled out after an ecg. So it's hard to determine really.

I suggest you ask to be given a 24 hour holter monitor so your doctor can see how fast your heart pumps and the type of rhythm it beats in too at night.

Good luck anyway
