Recent Upper chamber SVT

Background: 50 yr. old. Heart attack at age 34. 2 stents. physicallly fit ( exercise 1 hr. /day). 3 lead ICD. EF 23. Last week experinced light headed feeling / slight head ache. Almost felt faint 3 times. Identified as 3 upper chmaber SVT's.
Issue:increase toprol from 50 mgs to 100 mgs. feeling better. haven't had an event since increasing medication. Scheulded to travle for NYC to Hawaii on vaction. Should I go or wait until all sorted out?

all seems ok. EP seems satisfied. Increased Toprol XL from 50 to 100. Also take diovan 80 mg

thanks for th response. Seeing my EP tomorrow. Increased medication 3 days ago. Haven't had a epesode. Not sure if it is related by am also experiencing a little lightheadness when I walk. Seems better today than yesterday. I guess I am in the next phase of heart disease. Thanks so much. This is my first time on this site. Much appreciated.

have you asked your doc if its ok to travel?if the meds are controlling your svt i wouldnt see why not but ask anyway hun
