There is a partially reversible basal to mid anterior
anteroseptal defect I cannot exclude mild ischemia in this area. There
is a second fixed inferior defect likely secondary to soft tissue and
diaphragm artifact.
This means you likely have significant coronary artery disease. Reversible means at rest the defect disappears, but is present with exertion (meaning lack of blood flow going to that region). See a cardiologist to get proper treatment.
