Right Ventricular Hypertrophy - Abnormal ECG

I am 48 and in excellent health.
A recent ECG analysis from a routine company physical reads:

Sinus rhythm
Right ventricular hypertrophy
ST junctional depression is nonspecific

Abnormal ECG  * Unconfirmed Analysis*

20 years ago an ECG indicated I have a Right Bundle Branch Block .  This seems a much more likely analysis.

Should I see my family physician, a cardiologist, or assume the Right Bundle Brance Block?

Did the "company" doctor give any advice?  Seems strange if not.  

Does you company require a periodic EKG?  If yes and you passed their reason to take an EKG, you should be fine.

For me, I'd at least talk with my primary care doctor on my next physical exam.  I get a physical once a year and have since becoming a bit older than you are.  If you primary care doctor doesn't do EKG work, then a cardiologist (usually cost more) may be in order.

If you don't suffer from any heart symptoms, that is also a good sign you don't have anything to worry about.

Thank you for your comments.  Our company decided that all of the technical staff should get a physical exam, including an EKG, from an outside service that replaced our company nurse.

Their advice was to take the assessment to my primary care doctor, and to start getting an annual physical.  I plan to start the annual physical ritual, and will bring the assessment to him shortly.
