Risks of epicardial PVC ablation.

by Bubee, Jan 24, 2009 03:58PM
I know the risks of an a-fib ablation.  I recently had a successful one.  Does PVC's ablation have risk of stroke, or pacemaker.  I know there is always going to be the risk of infection, not being successful, but I am wondering what the different risks of PVC ablation versus a-fib ablation.  And are you suppose to be on coumadin like you are for the afib.

If I could get a dr to answer this, it would be cool, however, anyone who has been through a PVC I'm sure had the risks discussed with them before. Thanks so much.  Bubee
