The term SVT encompasses several forms of tachycardia that originate above the ventricles. It could be that your condition might be the cause of your headaches, but I would doubt it. I'd get heads on occasions shortly after convertingone, but I always attributed them to doing Valsalva; holding my breath and bearing down hard.
I decaffeinated several months ago, cold turkey, and I had headaches for several weeks aftewards.
Finally, this is an non-professional comment, so take it for what it's worth. This is what I believe. There is an electrical anomoly that exists in your heart that is still present. Caffeine doesn't cause SVT. The caffeine brought it out, as other stimuli can. A sudden adrenaline rush could cause an event. I believe you still have the condition, and wouldn't be surprised if another event happened anytime in the future.
