SVT returned after Cryoblation 2 yrs ago and now EKG shows possible heart attack

2 years ago I had a "cryoblation in my heart" for SVT (AVNRT) the extra circuit was too close to the natural pacemaker which is why they did the cryo rather than heat ablation.  I was okay up until recently when the SVT symptoms returned.  Been having severe cramping on the left side of my chest as well.  I have had 2 SVT episodes in the past month.  Went to the dr. yesterday, did an EKG which said, "Abnormal"  PROBABLE INFERIOR INFARCTION, AGE UNDETERMINED; Q WAVES IN INFERIOR LEADS AND T WAVE INVERSION ALSO PRESENT.  I have never had an abnormal ekg before this.  I work out regularly, eat healthy, don't drink or smoke, am 35yr old female w/ normal blood pressure.  I do have a lot of stress in my life.  I am seeing the cardiologist today but am curious as to these recent findings and what could be going on.

How did your appointment go? I too had a cardiac ablation (mine was RF) for SVT, and so far it looks like mine wasn't totally successful. I haven't ever had an abnormal EKG (besides SVT stuff of course), so I don't know what to say about what yours could mean. I hope your doc had something useful to say to you today and some treatment ideas!

From the few articles I have read on the subject of SVT(AVNRT) this condition can happen in healthy young people as well as those with a cardiac history and can be an acquired abnormality up into the 7th and 8th decade.

Good you are seeing the cardiologist today as the chest pain in conjunction with the EEG  reading would of course raise concerns.  There may be others here who have some personal experience with this who will answer.  If you don't get many answers here you can also try the heart disease forum.    Good luck today.  Marie
