I don’t have SVT, but I’m having tons of PVCS, and I’m also getting the pressure like you describe. When the PVC’s are coming 3-4 in a row, and especially when it down that multiple time, I feel a pressure build up in my chest, neck, ears and head, and it gives me headaches. It feels very similar to when you go up in altitude and your ears need to pop. Only very pronounced, and from my chest to my head. I have a follow up with the cardiologist on Thursday and plan to ask her about it.
I had PSVT since I was 8, I'm now 36, they stopped coming back when I changed my diet and lifestyle, exercised more etc. I stopped exercising/gym around 2 years ago, gained weight, also I have lots of stress lately and PSVTs started coming back but for the first time.in my life I have exactly what you described. And actually the feeling inside the ear didn't vanish completely after the episodes stop, it feels like a needle inside and the ear area is very warm almost 24/7. I feel something has changed about how my body reacts to PSVTs now and this ear thing is significant. Additionally I feel more week, my body is like powerless and my jaw is stiff during the episode. I'm now awaiting cardiologist visit to check all. I'm wondering myself how many people have the same with their ear. And is it only one or both, as I have issue only with my left one.
I didn't have that symptom, but I remember that doctors spent a lot of time "probing" my ears and sinus, and asking me a many of questions about my ears whan they were examining me for my SVT issue. I never quite understood what they were doing up there when my problem seemed to be about 12" lower.
