Senior female with stress tests ??

A  recent stres test, non walking,  showed resting sinus rhythm normal and the same with recovery rhythm, but yet says 1 st degree AV block. normal wall motion and thickening in all segments. my Ekgs or Echos never showed a AV block and I never feel palps. I get Echos every 2 years to follow a mild blockage in my aortic valve and some mild  regurg in 2 other valves. The cardio said no blockages were seen.Do I really have AV block? My Echo showed a EF of 65% and the stress 78%.
