Hi does anyone know what a Short PR Interval with no delta waves or WPW morphology mean? I know that it means no Wolfe Parkinson White syndrome but what does the short PR signify? Thanks

Hi doctor said no don't have WPW. Don't have rapid heartbeat so they say on benign at moment. My worry is that it could turn into a nasty arrythmia.

Odds are it won't.  It very well was some sort of transient thing.  I would not worry about it until you start to have episodes of rapid heart beat.  If you haven't had them I would especially not worry.  Take care.

A short PR interval is just the difference between the p and r waves of the wave form and can be an indication of WPW but you would need a doctor to evaluate the ecg to be sure because it could be something else.  Do you have episodes of rapid heart rate?  What have the doctors told you?
