Short bursts of PAT/SVT less than a minute. Is it true svt?

Hi all,
I get short bursts of svt that only last a few seconds every second day or
so at the moment as I'm pregnant. Usually I would get this maybe once a week.
I also get on average 30 PACS a day.
I've had one 22 beat at 122bps PAT caught on a holter monitor which is what I typically feel
I've never had a long episode of svt lasting more than a minute..
It's becoming very annoying as even though it only lasts a few seconds it's making me anxious and depressed.
Is this true svt then? Could it become worse?
Is there anything I can do to reverse it?
I'm becoming scared to do things in life.
Would love to hear from anyone who gets what I do, and not the traditional long svts that require intervention.
ANY support or opinion would be greatly appreciated.
My stress test and echo are normal .

Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do to stop them.  It is possible the pressure from the baby pushing on the heart or vagus nerve is triggering them.  I would say try to cough if you feel a run of them and see if you can break them up.  Also, avoid foods that irritate the stomach.  Avoid caffeine, sugars, carbohydrates and spicy foods.  Work on reducing stress and anxiety and try to breath deep and steady and see if that helps reduce them.  Drink lots of water as it will help the heart to function better.  Hopefully once you have the baby all the symptoms will subside but try to not worry.  They really are harmless in an otherwise healthy heart but do inform your doctor so they know.  Take care and best of luck with the baby.
