Sinus Bradycardia???

During the sleep test that I took a couple of months ago my EKG showed that i have sinus bradycardia. I am 20 yrs old and I am not sure if this will cause problems in the future for me or what sinus bradycardia is exactly. Can this be the reason I have frequent unifocal PVCs which is another thing I am worried about?
