Sinus arrhthmia respiratory

It is mentioned in my ECG report stating "Rhythm as "Sinus arrhythmia Respiratory". Is it a problem or normal. If its a problem,  what is it?
I have palpitations for the past 1& 1/2 months intermittently. I am 27 years old.

Completely normal. Your heart speeds up when you inhale and slows when you exhale, to adjust to the change in blood flow that happens when you breathe. Be happy you have it, it's protects your heart.
