Skipped Heartbeats

how are you, hope you will be fine. I was reading your paragraph regarding skipped heart beat and i am very impressed by that. You are brave lady.

I just wanted to ask you something, i was working in my backyard for almost more than 3 hours, then right after coming i took a shower and started eating. Then i realized that my heart beat is being skipped, it happened until my food was digested completely, because my stomach sometimes has heart burning.

Since it happened, i started thinking over and over about it, that whether i will be a heart patient. NOw what happens, all day, even i go for a walk or running and go upstairs in house i am fine. As soon as i see night come is coming, back of the mind i am stressed and thinks about heart, then what happens, i feel skip heartbeats otherwise all day i am fine. I am from other country and living in Canada, maybe i miss my back home.

You are the first person whom i told my all story, i will so thankful to you, if you say something about it or your any opinion. Your paragraph inspired me that's why i wrote it to you.

I am not sure who you are addressing in your post:  "... reading your paragraph...", but that aside I can say from reading your post I think worry or anxiety may be at the root of your heart skipping.  

If you never have skipped beats while you are mentally occupied mentally with some activity I'd guess your heart is just fine, it is just reacting to emotional distress.

Not sure about the eating relationship, some people have had a similar experience with skipped beats following a meal.  It does not happen to me.
