Skipping heart beats -Zyrtec?

Some background:
24 year old male
200-210lbs
5'7
Zyrtec is the only med I'm taking.
Problem has been occuring for a few months now.

It's been about 8 months since I was diagnosed with cold urticaria and I have been battling the hives with zyrtec for the last 4 or less months, since it's pretty warm in my area during the summer. I used to skip taking the med every now and again, but I've been taking it nightly since it's reaching cold months and noticed that my heart has been skipping beats and when it does, I feel like my breathing was interrupted. No pain, just skip beat, exhale/inhale one more time, then continue. This has only been happening when I'm laying in bed.

My question is, could this be linked to the zyrtec or something else? My urticaria was never diagnosed on it's cause since I wasn't born with it and I had blood work done and it somewhat pointed to a liver problem. I am willing to stop the zyrtec for another allergy medication that works just the same without giving me this heart beat, but I would need a suggestion on a new OTC since I don't have medical coverage anymore.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Forgot to mention that I measured my resting BPM during these moments and it's 71BPM
