So this all started with my first “PVC/PAC”

Okay this is my story it all started out sometime around the beginning of October.
For about 3 weeks I was on a low carb diet, meaning I couldn’t eat any sugar and drastically limited other means of carbohydrates. However; I would drink diet soda a LOT
Some days I drank 3-5 sodas for lunch along with a small low carb meal, and after work I’d drink another 3-5. One night (after drinking this much diet soda) I told my girlfriend it would be awesome if she’d make me coffee in the morning cause she wakes up JUST before I do to go to work. Well she misheard and thought I’d asked her to make me some so she did, I drank it. About an hour or so later I was HYPED. I was jittery and hyper and excited and I mean it felt okay I didn’t feel sick but anyways my cousin and I ran out to Walmart to pick up a few things, on the way home, Boom, fluttery feeling in my chest and instantly I checked my pulse. My heart just felt like it skipped a beat.
I remember feeling terrified like I thought at that moment my heart was going to stop suddenly. Now let’s make it clear that I did have a small amount of anxiety but never thought it was too bad, if I freaked out about something health wise- it usually only lasted a day and I would get over it. And it was the same with this except I still had PVC/PAC’s, and this started adding fuel to my anxiety, which in turn I believe made my PVC/PAC’s more frequent and sometimes I would have them in a row, not EXACTLY in a row usually there was a normal beat or two in between these “skipped” beats, also I started noticing palpitations or the feeling of a pounding heart beat.
I went to my doctor one day after stepping on a nail at work to get a tetanus shot as I was required to, well he noticed I had high blood pressure (159/101) and I told him it does run in my family, he prescribed me Lisinopril with hydrochlorothiazide, so I start taking it and started monitoring my BP. For 2-3 weeks I felt okay my BP was in the 110/70 range and I hardly ever felt PVC/PAC’s anymore.
I would say around week 3 of taking BP medication, I started feeling fatigued, nauseas and I did actually vomit once, along with a dry cough and a constant tickle in my throat that seemed to go from my Adam’s apple to my left collar bone.
I googled my symptoms, and everything I read pointed toward heart disease/failure and I panicked. From that day til about a month and a half in on taking lisinopril, I would have randomly panick attacks thinking I was dying or something, plus I’d get anxious as hell being around a lot of people. I told my doctor my symptoms and that I thought it MIGHT be the BP meds, he told me to stop taking them and suggested a different med, I asked if it was possible to stay off meds as I and my girlfriend thought my BP was high at the doctors office because I just stepped through a nail and I get really nervous around doctors. He told me okay and to start monitoring it for a few weeks. So I did, and my average BP after getting off medications was 135/82, still today - a couple months? later it’s still at that range, sometimes it’ll even go down to 125/77ish and sometimes (almost always when I’m scared or anxious cause yes I’ve checked it while having a panic attack) it’ll be as high as 147/89.
So that was all good but I started feeling weird pains in my chest, mainly on the left side. And I thought for sure something was wrong with my heart, one day while at work we were driving back from a site and I told the guy I work with I needed I go home cause I didn’t feel good all of a sudden (he didn’t know I was starting to feel panicky) so I went home and just decided to go to the hospital and see someone, I explained my symptoms and my thoughts and the doctor said we could do an EKG if itll help but it sounds like you have really bad anxiety. So I did the EKG and while the thing was recording, I had palpitations, or it felt like my heart was beating hard and somewhat fast, I honestly this my heart was moving my chest a bit lol, but anyways the lady told me it looked completely normal and sent it to my doctor and when I went back to her she said it was a normal EKG I said how is that possible I was experiencing palpitations while it was going, and she said well it didn’t pick that up. So I thought huh maybe it is all in my head. So for about a week or two anything weird with my heart I completely ignored and thought it was normal but I started wondering why my left side of my chest felt so weird so I googled my symptoms to find possible other explainations, and lung cancer was one of them. This, also, freaked me out. I do have a small cough and have had one for a while which was a big symptom, the lisinopril made it worse I believe but I dunno. I always had this feeling to cough (usually always just one small cough) or clear my throat. For I’d say about a year now. My cough has never been like an endless cough that I can’t control, and sometimes when I think about coughing or talk about it, it’s in my mind so naturally I cough. I just did it now lol. I have never coughed up blood although I will admit I do CHECK from time to time, sometimes my coughs come with a weird taste. Like some kind of food, which leads me to my next google search, stomach problems.
I have had heartburn since I was an adult, maybe even before (I’m 27btw) I feel it in my throat sometimes that burning sensation, or indegestion, I usually take a omeprazole AS needed, whenever I feel the burning in my throat usually. I have legit woken up before and coughed up acid or something that burned like crazy in my throat, but that’s extremely rare (maybe three times in my life), also this ENTIRE time(from the 2 weeks in of taking lisinopril) I’ve been having weird bowel movements, from watery to normal to fall apart, all different colors(no blood) you name it, sometimes I even see undigested food in my stool. Also if I don’t take An antacid daily nowadays, I feel a burning sensation in my upper abdomen area that sometimes goes up to my chest and where my collar bones meets in my throat. I also sometimes feel a dull pressure sensation near the bottom of my sternum, just to the left about an inch down from my rib. It feels deep, as well as I feel what I think is the same sensation in my back under my left shoulder blade.
Another thing I’ve noticed is sometimes I’ll get dull pressure headaches that are either near my neck, temples, or more frequently the feel behind my nose. Now I have had some kind of sinus infection lately, my girlfriend and her mom all had it as well but I didn’t take medication for it because I was afraid of side effects lol. I just settled with a netti pot which seemed to work but now I think it’s coming back? Is that possible? Another thing I think I get these dull pressure headaches is because of tension, my job requires a ton of overhead work which really really messes with my neck. Could this be the reason why?

To sum it all up, my anxiety has gotten worse over the past couple months cause of all this, I will admit. I’m just wondering if people are experiencing somewhat of the same kinda things, or what do you think it could be?
I think I have pretty bad health anxiety, regardless, I still feel weird most days and it’s interrupting my daily life, and putting stress and strain on my girlfriend whom I love to death. I feel super depressed cause I don’t know what’s wrong with me.

The tests I’ve had done are
EKG
Five or so blood tests done to see what could cause my high blood pressure(of which came back normal albeit a little high bad cholesterol (120) and a little high blood sugar
A follow up Hba1c test to check for diabetes, came back normal.

Anyways if you’ve made it this far congrats. Do you think I’m making myself go crazy? What could explain this weird feelin I have almost everyday on the left side of my chest?
