Strangely Strong Pulse

Lately I have noticed that my pulse has been so strong that I can just feel it, with out touching it, it's a little uncomfortable, sometimes especially in my feet it can be painful, I have always had veins that neer impossible to find, but now they seem to be out on display in my hands wrist and feet.
other things that could be related are... I have low blood pressure, moderately high cholesterol and I am a type one diabetic.
please help... don't know whats going on?

mine has been up too..i went to the e.r,. last night..been there 3 times in the last month..they took alot of test last night..my heart rate is 130 just wile walking but fast walk..they said that,is abnormal..i go friday to get that holster  strap that you wear for 24 hrs..the last time i had my cholesterol checked it was 175..but that was just the total that my doc told me..he never broke it down..i have  high blood p..on lisinopril 40 mgs aday..and was put on clodine  last Thursday..yes its very uncomfortable...if your having pain in ur  feet you might have a blood clot..thats what i had a ct scan last night in the e.r,...i had a pulmonary embolism  in 2000,,for D,V.T....i had a leg full of them..im on coumadin for life..i have 2 negative blood proteins..my  inr was 2.6 last night is real good,,well let me know how your doing?? i want to hear from you..tku  james
