Stress ECG - Fast Heart Rhythm after workout

I am a 25 year old active male, yesterday I went for a ECG stress test and the Doctor told me that that I had a fast heart rhythm after the workout - what does this mean?

Last December I had trauma to the head in a snowboarding accident, he thinks it has something to do with the impact.

He if going to give me a device for a week, to monitor my heart continuously.

You didn't give any numbers, so it would be difficult to comment on your "fast heart rhythm".

Is that all, a fast heart beat, or is there also an irregularity to the heart rate too?  It seems he may suspect there is and if there is the monitor/recorder should give the details necessary to diagnose.

If you don't have any other symptoms it would appear you don't have anything seriously wrong... maybe nothing wrong.   I have no experience about a physical trauma causing a heart rhythm problem.
