Stress Echo and pvcs

Hello all, today I had a stress echo and experienced several pvcs at heart rate of 165-170 bmp. After I laid down for the echo they disappeared. I never ever get my heart rate that high, and the doc said my echo looked good. I'm confused, he said he would take a better look and call. Everything was fine until I reached 94% of my max rate which is 181 and I'm 39. Could this be do to being out of shape and never getting to that heart rate or maybe there is a blockage the echo isn't detecting.

I replied to your earlier comment just now about POTS.
If you have POTS, your heart is going to look fine the majority of the time...awesome even. POTS is neurological stemming from the autonomic nervous system having a miscommunication with your system. I suggest looking into POTS groups on facebook or something and asking them questions and comparing symptoms, and even asking for a doctor recommendation for your area if you think you have this.

I wouldn't worry about it. PVC's are typically electrical and not due to plumbing issues. He said it looked good so it's probably fine. Did you feel the PVC's or was it just something that was picked up on the test? I get PVC's from time to time when I'm working out at high intensities.
