Strong beats in the Head???

Strong beats in the Head???

Hi, sometimes when I am sleeping, I woke up afraid (with fear but without nightmares) is like when someone scares you, and you feel your hearth beating so strong that you feel your heart in your neck and throat for so seconds; ok, I know this is normal when you scared; but the problem is that when I feel that sleeping that make me to woke up, I FEEL STRONG BEATS BUT INSIDE MY HEAD, IS LIKE BEHIND THE EYES, OR THE MAXILARY SINUSES, BUT IT IS VERY VERY STRONG BEATS, just for some seconds. The beats are not in the lateral sides of the heads, it is NOT LIKE A HEADACHE, it is like a STRONG PULSE INSIDE THE HEAD BUT NOT IN ALL THE HEAD, IT IS ONLY BEYOND THE EYES, LIKE IN THE MIDDLE INSIDE OF THE HEAD. What could be causing this???

Notes: Not smoker, No drinker, No drugs. Age: 23 Weight: 150 Height: 5'5'' Not traumas or surgery in the head or neck; when this happens Heart rate is in normal range. Not hypertension patient. AND THIS SRONG PULSE BEAT INSIDE THE HEAD, ONLY HAPPENS TO ME WHEN I AM RESTING IN BED AND SCARED AT THAT MOMENT. Not anxiety, this scary and strong pulse it is only like 10 seconds, and the I feel totally normal, and I continue sleeping.

Thanks.
