Supraventricular tachycardia

My daughter was diagnosed with supraventricular tachycardia. She also went thru an ablation, but it was misdiagnosed.  An ablation cannot help her.  The condition she has is brought on by adrenaline.  Does anyone know why this condition occured?

What was misdiagnosed about it?  I had an ablation for AVNRT, which was triggered by adrenaline.  Does she not have SVT but something else?  Lots of arrhythmia are triggered by adrenaline, but that doesn't necessarily mean they can't be corrected by ablation, so maybe there was another reason.  Can you get more details about what the findings were in her procedure?

How did they come to the conclusion that it was brought on by adrenaline?
