THE HEART RHYTHM WORD GAME

While we all come here for different reasons, one thing that remains constant is our desire to learn more about a recent diagnosis, upcoming test/procedure, post surgical concerns, etc.  However, because we also need to have a little fun in our lives, someone from one of the other forums suggested we have a go at this word game.  Whatdya say?  It'll be fun, give it a try : )

Connie

Take the last letter of the word below and add a heart-related term to the thread.  I'll get us started........

"arrythmia"

"A" -- Your turn!  Now, think of a heart related word that begins with the letter "A" and add it to the thread.  The word can be anything related to the heart or to what you have been going through.  Take a little break from your daily routine and have a little fun with this game.......Hope you enjoy the game!

Relaxation exercises basically involve the flexing and releasing of major muscle groups. People are often unaware of how much muscle tension they have built up in their bodies until they do one of these exercises.

A - Adrenaline:  A hormone secreted by the adrenal medulla that is released into the bloodstream in response to physical or mental stress, as from fear or injury. It initiates many bodily responses, including the stimulation of heart action and an increase in blood pressure, metabolic rate, and blood glucose concentration.

Hmmm...I am sure none of us have ever had a rush of adrenaline because of our hearts...lol...

"E" is the choice for the next contestant...Come on Down *Smile*

Y - Yoga (A system of exercisesfor attaining bodily or mental control and well-being with liberation of the self and union with the universal spirit).

Certainly, we can all use mental control when it comes to worrying (anxiety) from these PVC's/heart rhythm problems.

Okay so now the letter is "A" again!  hehe...
