I don't recognize the medication names you provided, but assume they are in the beta blocker family. This type medication can cause the unwanted, side effect, type of symptoms you describe.  The only solution I believe is to try different medications, perhaps a calcium channel blocker (all of this has to be with a doctor's approval) will work better for you (again, I don't know what type you are taking).

With a BP of 130/90 I can see why the doctor does not agree to lowering your dose, perhaps a different medication will work better.  You BP is still above levels recommended in the USA.  I am on both a BB and a CCB and suffer mildly from fatigue/exhaustion, but not to a great degree.  My BP is usually in the 115/70 range.  In my case, I take the medications to slow my heart rate down, but I also get a lowering of my BP.  I think my unmediated BP near normal 120/80 typically.  This last point isnt particularly relevant to your question, but you may find it helpful anyway.

Good luck,

The only thing i can toss into the mix here is that no matter what do not under any circumstance quit taking your  meds abruptly...the doc has to wean you off of the meds so that you do not have what is called re bound which could cause your heart rate to soar as well as your blood pressure....make sure you make no changes what so ever without the supervision of your heart doc or family doc....good luck....
