53 year old female diabetic - Heart Rate 40-140 BPM on 24 Hour Holter.  Misfires in top and bottom.  BP fluxuates between 85/55 - 150/110 daily.  Diagnosis Mild Nonischemic Cardiomyopothy, EF 47%.  Treatment = 5mg Lisinipril, 81mg Aspirin.  Recheck with Echo in three months.  4 weeks pryor to recheck, light headedness that went from minute to extreme in 7 days.  Reported to Cardiologist via nurse and patient advised to cut Lisinopril to 2.5 mg and be checked by nurse practitioner in 2 weeks.
Is this a normal protocal and can patient be symptomatic - chest discomfort, sweats and fatigue with EF of 47%?
