This patient support community is for discussions relating to heart rhythm issues, arrhythmia, irregular heartbeat, implanted defibrillators, pacemakers, and tachycardia.
If you are thinking, and worrying, about you heart often, then it is very likely that is adding to your rhythm symptoms.
I understand ablations frequently (even most of the time) have to be repeated to get all of the error signals blocked. So, it may be you need a follow-up ablation. You doctor should be able to recommend the correct action.
In the mean time, thy not to think about you heart, you have considerable evidence that you are not going to have a fatal heart attack. Of course, if you feel you heart is racing and it is high, I'd say over 200, seek medical help.
In the mean time, try to avoid caffeine in all its forms, including chocolate! You may want to also take a 1/2 aspirin a day if you are not on any medications that preclude the use of aspirin, such as an anticoagulant.
