Tachycardia middle of night... (Scared the hell out of me)

Timeline of events:  (Not a usual schedule by any means...just happened to have 3 events in a row)

Thursday Evening: Birthday party - Had 3 Beers
Friday Evening: Wedding - Slept 5 hours and had about 6 Drinks
Saturday Evening: Wedding - 6 Drinks or so (The evening the EVENT happened)

I went to bed (Not feeling too drunk) the evening of Saturday around midnight.  Collectively the nights prior only slept about 9 hours in total).  Around 1:30am I was woken up by a sudden scary pounding of my heart.  My heart rate watch (Taken with a grain of salt), said I was around 118bpm.  Now, I am also an anxious person but this felt weird.  I felt completely disoriented, frightened, and nauseous.  I ended up running to the bathroom and throwing up.  I think my watch said my heart rate stayed around 98 or 102 for the remainder of the episode until about 3 am.  I woke up due to my infant son around 7:30am feeling really shaken about the events that unfolded that evening.

Current health Issues:
Psoriasis
PVC's (Not too many though since I have been working out)
Very high cholesterol
RBBB (Right Bundle BRanch Block - PArtial)
Generalized Anxiety disorder with panic episodes (Havent had one in 2 years)

Otherwise in good shape...33 years old.  Work out about 3 days a week on Peloton bike or running.

Help would be appreciated.  Thank you!

A bit late to reply, but 118 in itself isn't too abnormal. The sensation of a racing heart is more significant then your actual rate here.

Did the nausea come before or after the episode?

Did vomiting help your symptoms?

It sounds like this is the first time this has happened?
