Tachycardia with high blood pressure at night

I've have been having episodes of neuralgia down my left side which coincides with a malaise, numbness down my face and pain and pins and needles in my left hands, During these episodes my blood pressure can go up and I get episodes of tachycardia. The tachycardia tends to come at night and will be anywhere from 100-120 beats per minute. During this my blood pressure goes up significantly, the neuralgia pain down my left side increases and I also become very twitchy and jerky especially if I can manage to try to drop off to sleep. Also I almost always feel like I need to do a bowel movement and feel quite sick. The current episode has gone on for a month and the tachycardia is getting worse and pins and needles down my left side is worse. When I feel well, my heart does not race and my blood pressure is absolutely fine. I have seen a cardiologist, neurologist and generalist and the most they've come up with is I have a virus which attacks nerves down my left side. Someone did suggest might be early onset MS. Any advice would be good thanks

Well I'm not a doctor, so not troubled with all that knowledge, but it seems to me that you could benefit from some medication, maybe just at night time.  On the high HR side with accompanying elevated BP a light dose Beta Blocker might be something to discuss with one of your doctors.  I thank all of them can prescribe.  There are forms of BB that are available on the pharmacy discount generic list, so if needed, it is inexpensive if the doctor will accept one of the generic brands.  I take a generic called Metoprolol.
