The book that helped me with my PVCs

The book that helped me with my PVCs

I had frequent PVCs (4-6/min) beginning in 2001.  Symptons were severe!!!
All the tests I had came back normal and they said it was just stress.
I found this book in 2004 via a recommendation of someone on *this* forum.
Followed its advice, and the PVCs have reduced to non-existant.
It took some time to recover, but its worth it.    Get this book.
Its an old book. You can get it cheap anywhere or you might find it in your library.

"Hope and Help for your nerves" by Claire Weekes.

Happy Holidays.

I've seen this book recommended so many times on this forum. It must be a big help for many. My PVC's, PAC's and atrial tachy have always been a part of my life so I'm lucky - they don't bother me. But for those who are new to heart hiccups, this book would come in handy.
