Throbbing Vein In Neck
The past few nights while going to bed I have noticed a throbbing in my neck on the left side.  I think it is in the jugular vein area and seems to correspond with heart beats, but the throbbing is more pronounced and quicker then the normal heart beat.  What could be the cause of this symptom? Thank you.

You may find some helpful information at:
http://www.medhelp.org/tags/show/1527/carotid

The Carotid is, I believe, a vein in the neck that can be problematic relative to clotting...perhaps other issues.  Look at the listing I provided above...I did not read what is there.
