Unexplained heart pounding

I am a 25 yr old female, 110 Ibs 5'7". I have been experiencing some scary symptoms. My heart will start pounding all the sudden for no reason and then i have a hot flash with dizziness. My blood pressure feels low. Last night i woke up from sleep because the palpitations and weird feeling kept me up all night. I have suffered these symptoms for 3 yrs but they went away mostly for a while and then came back. I have had numerous EKGs Echo and holter not to mention blood test to check my thyroid and anemia. I am not sure which direction to go in because the structure of my heart seems to be ok. I also have costrocondritis (inflamation (inflammation) of the rib cage). I am wonedering if there is anything dangerous about my arrythmias if my heart is healthy? Can it be chemical or hormonal?

I haven't had any real problems with acid reflux.

Are you under a lot of stress, it sounds like anxiety.

maybe you have thyolid check if your neck is a bit swollen if it is go to the doctor....! seriously i had those symptoms..
