So I'm just laying here and it feels almost like a muscle twitch but I know it's my heart cause I check my pulse while it's happening. I have been proven to have PAC's but that was months ago.
It palpilates on the right side of my lower sternum sometimes. The only way I can describe it is I have my regular heart and then a smaller second heart beating in a different area of my chest, and when one beats the other will stop. Haha, I can't explain this. It also happens on my left side and below my sternum. It's just there's nothing like this on the internet anywhere.
I guess it's like ffluttering in different areas of my chest all around my sternum.
