Update!!

by Sunshine47, Apr 14, 2008 05:20PM
I went to my Apnea study and I definitely haave it. I guess I quit breathing multiple times and so I go back Friday night to be fitted for a CPAP machine. Fun Fun. My heart is still doing its acrobats but I am trying to cope. I hate them. I try not to focus on them and just let it do it. How can I change it. I can't. It makes me depressed and sad but I am doing better with letting it do it and trying to ignore which is so hard, I reach for my pulse but then I stop and say I feel it in my chest why check my pulse. I am worn down and tired of being unhappy so I am going to live my life to the fullest. I can't stop what my body does but I am not going to let it put in the bed when I want to  have fun. Good luck to all my precious friends with the same problem. I am taking Prozac now. I have lost 39 pounds since Jan 1st and my self-esteem is getting better. Hopefully God will protect me and let me live a good life. Thanks to all my many friends I have met on here I truly care about you. Take care and I will keep in touch.
Love and hugs!!

The news is bittersweet....a diagnosis at last!  Maybe with the CPAP machine, you will sleep better and feel more rested = less pvcs.  Glad to hear you're doing better, one day at a time.  We're here anytime you need us or want to stop by and visit : )

Good to hear that you are coping so well.  I'm glad you have taken care of the sleep apnea- don't ignore it, be sure and wear your CPAP mask!  God is good!  He will keep you in His watchcare!   Thinking of you,

Thanks for the support and prayers and kindness you have shown me. I really apprecate it. I am hoping that the CPAP will reduce the messed up beats. I pray for you guys everyday. I am leaving my health in God's hands. He knows what I need and what he has planned for me. I love you guys and big hugs and lots of love to you all. Connie I am glad to hear that you are doing some better. I have just had to let go and let God have his way!!! I am going to take a picture of me wired up for my second Apnea test Friday. I can not imagine anyone could even think about sleep with all that junk attached, I did in 10 minutes. I have to be wired back up and put on different types of machines and then get it adjusted. I hope it makes me feel more rested. I miss you guys. Big Tennessee Hugs.
