Very little pain in left side of chest, under arm and under side of left leg

Hi, I am new on this web and i hope some one will look into my problem and will answer.
I am 34 male, never have any serious problem, smoker for 09 years.
Now two weeks ago, i started feeling very liitle pain on left side of chest near nipple, i visited doctor who gives me pain killer, then i start feeling very little pain under the joint of my left arm, back side of left shoulder, upper part of left leg, some times lower part of left leg, very left side of chest, heavy feeling of leg etc etc.
Please note that the pain is very very little and i can perform routene function easily but i can feel there is a pain and some times leg a sleepy.
My doctor test me for chalestrol, sugar and uric acid and my chalestrol is 217 , fasting sugar is 115 and uric acid is 7.2 and doctor give me few medicines for chalestrol and uric acid but the problem of pain is still un-solved and now i feel little pain and left leg a little a sleepy.
Please note that the pain is not on one point and regualr, it automatically felt and dis-apear with out any medicine but it could not stop for one whole day.
Can some body help me ot find what exact the problem is??????
